What Is SWAP AND STOP?
SWAP AND STOP is an interactive public safety program where community members experience realistic traffic stop scenarios with real police officers and police vehicles.
The program helps participants understand:
how traffic stops work
why officers make certain decisions
how communication affects encounters
how civilians and police can interact more safely
The goal is simple:
Create safer and more respectful interactions between law enforcement and the community.
